Outdoor Family Yoga

Weekend Pop-ups

@ Presidio Main Lawn

This class is designed to create fun and meaningful moments together. Each class has an imaginative theme where we explore nature, our bodies and how we’re all really connected. A little bit silly, a little bit sweet.

No yoga experience is required.

Class is suitable for children of all ages who are able to follow some instruction and move their body. If you have a really little one, you can of course help them along. Children older than ~12 may find this class a bit too youthful/imaginative.

“In nature, nothing is perfect and everything is perfect. Trees can be contorted, bent in weird ways, and they’re still beautiful.” –Alice Walker
